The production line is certified by Japan GMP, capable of producing second- and third-class drugs, quasi-drugs, health foods, and cosmetics. It can also perform contracted manufacturing and various testing such as microbial inspections, pH measurement, viscosity measurement, and density measurement according to customer needs. The production line can handle long-term production contracts from multiple companies, with over 500 commissioned products, including popular stem cell supernatant series skincare products and NMN health foods.
GMP Certification Obtained
On January 10, 2017, Kawai Pharmaceutical obtained the GMP qualification certification
(Nikkei Eikyo Association Certification No: 24516).
Under this system, all employees work together to further strive to provide satisfactory products to customers and contribute to their prosperity and development.
Message from the President
In November 2014, President Shin Kawai was interviewed by the "China Daily Overseas Edition" Japan Monthly. During the interview, President Kawai compared and explained the similarities and differences in silk culture between China and Japan. Unlike China, which mainly uses silk for clothing production, Japan uses silk as a raw material widely in the production of skincare products. Moreover, the silkworms used for advanced cosmetics and health foods are specially bred under strict quality control to produce silk that meets high standards.
The company has always regarded product quality as the lifeblood of corporate development. From breeding silkworms to processing silk and subsequent essence production, every step undergoes multiple rigorous inspections and controls. The on-site management of the production line strictly adheres to operational rules to ensure the products can withstand market tests and earn the trust of consumers.
